Bianca Xoyamayagua-Galvan is the  World Imperial Beauty Mrs. 2024, and a passionate advocate for youth mentoring, culture & diversity, and servant leadership. She is a mother of three children, a wife and Guest Services Manager for the Austin Bergstrom International Airport. Bianca believes in giving back and the importance of stewardship; serving as a Board Member with Austin Sister Cities International, volunteering with local non-profits, and advocating for youth mentoring through her personal platform, "Mentoring Matters." Bianca loves pageantry - forming Queens ACT, a networking group for women in Austin Central Texas to support and empower each other as they take ACTion in their pageantry, service, and personal goals. Her upbringing, cultural background, and experiences as a young mother have led her to live with big goals and an open perspective. She strives to share these lessons with her children, mentees, and the community around her. Through all of her endeavors her goal is to make a global impact and inspire others to use their time, talents, and treasure to benefit others.
