One step at a time. The most important piece is to just begin. This is therapist Hillary Vance’s advice for moving forward in your life. She acknowledges that where we start is often not where we end up. Our goals and direction transform throughout the journey, but we have to start somewhere. Hillary has been a licensed clinical social worker and therapist for over a decade. She started her own online relationship coaching and behavioral health consulting business 3 years ago. She and Brandi met through a mastermind they both enrolled in. Hillary shares how her work was born out of her own struggle. She faced unhealthy and destructive relationships as a teenager, as well as a violent partner relationship. Through her healing, she decided that she wanted to help others do the same. Today, Hillary’s goal is to share with women in particular that healthy relationships are possible, as well as healing from past pain and learning to move forward. The quality of our relationships determines the quality of our lives. As we become healthier, our relationships and other facets of our lives tend to become healthier as well. Join Hillary and Brandi as they dive deeper into relationships and personal healing and how you can start making progress today. At some point in your life, you may find yourself asking yourself, “Why did this happen to me?” This was the case for Linda as she reached burnout after being in a long abusive relationship and an unhealthy work environment. Today, Linda Martinez is a mindset coach who focuses on cultivating intuition, energy, and inner leadership within her clients. Her goal is to help women get back in the driver's seat of their lives. But it wasn’t always this way. Prior to becoming a coach, Linda had her own healing to do. She remembers feeling empty. Like something was missing. She felt like life was moving fast and she was being pushed in one direction, but also had no idea where she was headed. She developed chronic headaches, neck pain, and panic attacks. It was then that she knew something was wrong. Tune in to hear Linda’s healing journey, as well as how she helps women today.
