Hey y'all! I dove into all things toxic: relationships, family, and friends, and even how we, and everyone have toxic traits, have done toxic things, do toxic things, or will do toxic things, nobody has ever not done something toxic in their life. Just because someone does something toxic doesn't make them bad, but just because someone has good qualities, doesn't make their not so good qualities not toxic. It all depends on the person, situation, longevity, etc. - this episode is so long and definitely all over the place, but when I posted toxic vs red flags a little over a year ago, I have been asked countless times for another episode about toxic relationships- so here it is (way after being asked to record it, of course.) Next weeks episode is all about songs that "hit different," and why. things to take into 2024

It's been awhile! Thank you so much for all of the support in 2023, I cannot thank you enough for those who have been there through it all. I cannot wait to connect with you more (and more often) in 2024. I have so many things planned for this adventure, Been There, Done That, in 2024 and I cannot wait to share them with you. In this episode, I talk about things I plan on leaving in 2023, and things I plan on taking into 2024. I also talk about how to have and what makes a successful, authentic, and happy adult relationship with another person. For lack of a better words (as I said 457 times in this episode,) someone who you're willing to make their shit, your shit and they're willing to make your shit, their shit. More or less, you are more than willing to accept their baggage and their lifestyle and welcome it into yours. Also, how being in an adult relationship is different than a high school/college relationship, how there are more responsibilities involved, and how to get through that and maintain that so you can maintain that healthy relationship and bond. P.S. I literally talked about T Swift and her message on not forgiving and forgetting, and it popped up on my Threads feed the second I went to share this episode to my story.
