In our “Faith According to Jesus” series, this episode walks through Luke 5:17–26 (with the parallel in Mark 2:1–12), where four friends carry a paralyzed man, break through the crowd, and lower him through the roof to Jesus. We sit with the phrase “When He saw their faith” and watch how Jesus goes to the deepest need first—calling the man “Son” and forgiving his sins—before healing his body in front of everyone. Faith According to Jesus - Faith that Makes Whole

In this episode of our “Faith According to Jesus” series, we look at two encounters with Jesus: the woman in Mark 5:25-34 who had suffered for twelve years, and the one leper in Luke 17:11-19 who returned to give thanks after being cleansed. Both stories show us that wholeness is deeper than relief. The woman reaches for Jesus with the last strength in her body, and the Samaritan returns to Jesus with gratitude in his heart.
