Hello our beloved listeners, in this Thanksgiving episode we talk about our journey so far on this podcast and what our plans are for the future. We really love you and thank you for all of your support!

We're back! Thank you for letting us take a hiatus—this episode has extra laughs and email submissions for you. Today we're TOGETHER and discuss first crushes, water parks, spam fried rice, COLONIAL DAY (?????), Freaky Friday, weddings with informational plaques, pet peeves, childhood games, and much more.

Today we begin our episode with a grounding exercise that goes off the rails. We sing Hilary Duff, celebrate white rabbit candy and haw flakes, and try to understand why, as children, we used to be obsessed with filling out fake paperwork. Most importantly, we process and reflect on violence against Asian Americans and hope you’ll listen and send in messages to continue this conversation. Holding space for sadness is just as important as creating joy. Sending love to all, Chanel and Tiffy.

In today's episode, we reflect on childhood injuries, BOP IT!, our relationship growing up, and finally wrap it all up by singing a heartfelt song to one of our listeners. Enjoy and take care of yourself <3

We end 2020 with one of our favorite episodes yet. In this episode, we recap our 2020 highs and lows, which include: Chanel’s toolkit for coping with regression & anxiety and Tiffy's toolkit for disordered eating. We talk about our fur babies, mean lunch ladies, Chinese buffets. Your email submissions had us wheeze laughing and we were honored to share some. Thank you all for listening during this dark year and for reflecting with us on the strangeness and whimsy of childhood. We love you we love you we love you!
