I am recording from Seville, Spain, on my study abroad journey! Today, I sat down with my friend Serena Saade, who I met here, to talk about our family's migratory history and how it has affected our political views. Serena, who is a Lebanese second-generation immigrant, shares her story and her family's background.

Whether a Democrat, Republican, or Independent. Please listen to this episode to educate yourself on what our president has said and done. What he has been convicted of. And what his plans are for the future of this country. There will be a lot of change. A lot of negative change. We must continue to fight for our country and our rights.

Inspired by Alex Cooper's podcast episode, "An Abortion Story", I decided to share Calla Hales's rape story and speak on the beliefs towards abortion and women's health centers.

Today I have with me Paul May, former president of a non-profit organization from my home state, known as New Yorkers Against Gun Violence. With my focus being addressing the gaps in conversation when it comes to gun control, I ask Paul varying questions to get his input. Whether it's community initiative, legislation & regulation, or the role of school systems, we cover all the areas of how gun violence can be controlled in American schools.

3 students and 3 faculty were killed in the Covenant School shooting on Monday, March 27th. The gunman, a transgender male using he/him pronouns, was fatally shot and killed by police. Conservatives are transphobic, using the gunman's identity to act hatefully toward the LGBTQ+ community. Republican Tennessee Congressmen Tim Burchett and Andy Ogles seem to think that guns aren't the problem when it comes to mass shootings. Ogles has supported many pro-gun bills progressing in Tennessee's House Committee. Let's talk about all this and address it.
