You want to be a successful Multifamily Investor. It’s not as simple as investing some money and then sitting back and collecting your checks. It’s a lot of work, and there’s a lot of risk involved. There is a good chance you’ll fail, and there are three reasons specifically why you’re likely to fail. In this episode, Isaiah and I discuss those three reasons. The first is the signal and the noise. As an investor, there are a lot of things competing for your attention, and you have to prioritize the ones that get you results from the ones that get you distracted. Second, every day is a roller coaster. You’re going to have ups and downs, and often at the same time. You need the emotional fitness to keep going when everything depends on you keeping a clear head. Finally, there is stress and pressure. It’s a stressful job, and you’re going to have to find ways to deal with that pressure that don’t end up bringing you down in the long run.
