Welcome back, travelers, to Deck of Many Tales! The crew’s gamble with Lyra Ven reaches its breaking point as lies stack higher and Dakath himself is summoned to uncover the truth. With tensions rising between the Holy See and Levering, the party does the only reasonable thing possible...they throw Mel a birthday party! By morning, only the Primus knows what might have happened, and only they can get themselves out of the hijinks they caused. Just when it seemed that all things were against the party, life appears to have taken a turn for the weird.

Fresh from their victory over the Dracohydra, the crew cashes in monstrous spoils at the mysterious Corvian Crook, including uncovering potential uses for the volatile secret of Sinsoaked liquid. After indulging in some noodles, new gear, and a well-earned trip to the bathhouse, the team reconvenes at the inn. But relaxation doesn’t last long. A costly meeting with the elusive Lyra Venn is secured, and a daring deception begins to take shape. With their mission finally being set into motion, our heroes prepare to walk into investigation under false banners…and hope the truth doesn’t catch up to them first.
