He has been the Director of Programs & Services at The LOFT since 2009. The LOFT is the LGBTQ center located in White Plains, NY. Mr. Havelka is The LOFT's network representative to the NYS LGBT Health & Human Services Network, and co-chair of the LGBTQ sub-committee for the Ending the Epidemic Task Force for the lower Hudson Valley region. The LOFT's mission is to further the cause of inclusion, diversity, and pride through education, advocacy, and celebration.
