I have a trip planned soon for SD and this book is great because it's short and sweet. I don't want to have to read a giant travel manual filled with stuff I won't use. Paul Brodie gets straight to the point and offers up restaurant and sightseeing info that is helpful. Contains discount codes too which is awesome. Very insightful book on San Diego. What a great way to learn about San Diego before I go there. The author adds lots of pictures, examples, and suggestions of things to do. One thing I would like to see added is something for children. Since I have 4, I know they would love most of the things listed in this book but maybe some more specific things for kids. It was a good read though and worth the money. Love San Diego! I am looking forward to my next trip to San Diego. It is a great city with lots to do. Thanks for all the tips and suggestions.
