Do you constantly feel like you’re not good enough as a mom? Is there a negative self-talk loop constantly playing in your head? Are you tired of feeling like you have made everyone else happy at the expense of your own needs?Do you desperately want to connect with God but can’t seem to find the time?Well, I’m so glad you’re here! Welcome to Ditch Negative Self-Talk for Moms. In this podcast you will find mindset motivation, encouragement and empowerment to reframe negative self-thoughts using God’s word and to finally love yourself again - or perhaps for the first time. Hi, I’m Miranda. Wife, working mom of two girls, and Christian. Through the years, I’ve tried making everyone around me happy just to find I still wasn’t feeling good enough in my various roles. I was constantly struggling with negative self-talk that had me feeling overwhelmed and full of self-doubt whether I was at work or at home.I finally realized if I wanted to feel confident, be happier, be a better wife, mom, me, and feel enough… I needed to transform my relationship with God through intentional connection-building strategies, reframe my thoughts using God’s word as my compass, and start setting some serious boundaries. I found a way to do this while still juggling work, being a wife and mom, and extra projects. I made simple sustainable changes that helped me to understand that God saw me as valuable, changing and transforming my thoughts and self-worth. I can’t wait to share them with you!If you’re ready to ditch the negative self-talk for good, rediscover your self-worth through God’s eyes, and create an unshakable Christ-centered mindset and deep connection with God - this podcast is for you!Stop overthinking and start being unapologetically you! Let’s get into it!
