Mehr Embracing the Path

When paradigms shift, we start seeking a new language to connect to each other in our new reality. That’s when stories become the new poetry of the new paradigm…those untold stories of the journey of initiation, metamorphosis and profound inner change that broke the once intact identity we held so dear and in turn led us back to the path within, to ourselves, to a life that is more meaningful through quiet contemplation, deep reverence for nature, and genuine humane connections. This inner journey is anything but linear, the path of initiation - although intuitively fragrant with its perfume of aliveness - is often a solo path, sometimes accompanied by loneliness and uncertainty, until one day, we come across fellow seekers through the familiar whispers of recognition and synchronicity, and our shared stories then become our common language of connection as we find one another and continue on this path of becoming the best versions of ourselves. In this podcast, Yas Azarpajouh sits down with those who have chosen to brave this inner journey as they share their moving stories of how the path began and how it is unfolding through deep and reflective conversations.

Episode The Elegant Unfolding of the Unseen Cover

The Elegant Unfolding of the Unseen

A truly deep and moving conversation with my guest, Ruth Tschannen, whom I had the pleasure to sit with as part of this interview where we talked about a near-death experience that informed her path, her introduction to the power of Eurythmy and the beauty of developing a ‘new listening’ to connect with the invisible guidance that is available to all of us. In this heartfelt conversation, Ruth talks about the Switzerland of her childhood, a memorable experience at the age of nine, the lifelong influence of a beloved Greek teacher, an apprenticeship at an Anthroposophical bookstore, the teachings of Rudolf Steiner, her creation of urban food gardens - which she has so lovingly nurtured - and the true meaning of community. Episode The Poetic Divinity of Creativity Cover

The Poetic Divinity of Creativity

In this poignant conversation, my guest, Marilyn Hargrove shares her incredibly moving story of how she was initiated on her path of inner inquiry and the moment she chose to make a significant change in her life, one that took a tremendous amount of courage. In this episode, Marilyn and I talk about the intuitive whispers of the soul, the divinity of our creative essence, the transcendent power of poetry, the importance of owning the wholeness of our creativity and the elegant unfolding of meditation in allowing us to become the vessel for that which wants to express itself through us...when we know deep down that it is not ‘us’ but what travels ‘through us’. Episode The Golden Thread of Alchemy Cover

The Golden Thread of Alchemy

A heart centred conversation with my guest, Marlene Mier on her moving story of initiation at the age of 12, one that informed her purpose and changed the course of her path. In this episode, Marlene and I dive deep to talk about the power of being seen, the humanity of connections and the ever-changing expression of our life’s purpose as we reflect upon what it means to trust the path of our inner knowing, what it takes to commit to the inward journey of deep inquiry especially when the going gets tough and what an honour it is to hold space for and bear witness to this journey of remembering our true essence as we explore the new language of this new paradigm of connection.
