A Martha's Vineyard native, Rose Richard has taught 23 years on the outskirts of Cape Cod. She started has a 100% band nerd and moved on to chorus and musical theater. Chris Holland grew up in the city and attended a school without a band program. However, he found his group musical outlet in the form of drum and bugle corps. He attended UMASS as a math major, but switched to music ed. After graduating he led the award winning Norwood Public Schools ensembles, but after year four decided to go to law school!!
