Stress release from a traumatic experience

Hi! This time I'm sharing with you how I helped my 8 y/o son to overcome a highly stressful situation he lived this week. I believe this is an important topic for everyone but especially for those who are usually around kids. I created this audio journal to practice English and share my knowledge and experiences on topics related to spirituality, self development and self-awareness. I don’t have experience in podcasting. I am not even too talkative. So bear with me :D

Being Present

Do you know what it means to be in the present moment? I explore the topic from my recent experience about it in this episode.  I share some passages from the audio book I recently listened, The Power Of Now by Eckhart Tolle (BTW, I totally recommend this book).
