In this episode we discuss conquering the aftermath of trauma. We all go through rough patches in our life. Experiences shapes us all. Demetria and I reviewed a couple of things that can help us get through our tough days. Demetria said that she read the same scripture over and over on her two hour commute to work. Ephesians 6:10- 18 is a passage her grandmother gave her when she was young. She keeps it in her arsenal now and forever. We also emphasized separating emotions and truth, how to face uncertainty, and trusting God throughout the process.   While she was in New York she faced uncertainty but trusted God to guide her.
