Perimenopause and menopause can feel confusing, overwhelming, and sometimes even isolating. In this episode of B Like U, I open up about my personal journey through the last four years of hormonal changes — from emotional outbursts and brain fog to night sweats and unexpected shifts in how I feel in my own body.   After sharing a recent post on social media, I was surprised by how many women reached out asking for guidance and support.
