Quarantine not quite working out as you planned? Join the club! How did we get here?! We always wish there was a manual on how to navigate heartbreak, where we can find how to hop, skip and jump out of feeling crummy. Since there isn't such a magical book (sadly), Heart Break Book Club is as close as it gets! Follow along with me, the "Oprah" of this book club as we pick ourselves up, one lesson at a time. We'll delve into manifestation, goal setting, navigating change, self esteem and confidence, and so much more! By hearing my take aways, I hope we can navigate this weird time together!
