He supports the corporate venture arm which does direct and fund-of-funds investments. Was part of a 4-member team that managed Aurora’s fundraising with the European Commission and EIF. Swarandeep is a member of the Board of Directors of the initiative: Eau & Womenite.

Interview with Shilpa Bhandari, one of Hellem's longest term mentees, sharing her experience going through Hellem's methodology and diagrams to find self clarity personally, professionally, and relationally. Also, she shares her lessons and tips for those interested in finding clarity in whichever aspect of life. Shilpa Bhandari is an e-discovery professional at a multinational consulting firm. As an e-discovery associate, she provides evidence processing and management services to assist clients in high-profile legal cases. While Shilpa is currently based out of New York City, she is originally from Chitwan, Nepal. Before her adventures in the city, she was an undergraduate student at Youngstown State University, Ohio pursuing dual degrees in Mathematics and Computer Science.  Shilpa is always excited by the idea of seeing the world and meeting new people, so she finds great joy in traveling. In her free time, you will either find her coding or planning a trip or walking around New York City, or laying on a couch with a good book.
