Fritz Gepperth erklärt, dass Deutschland das einzige Land ist, in dem es staatliche Eingriffe ins Regelwerk des Schießsports gibt. Dies stellt eine große Herausforderung dar. Gepperth berichtet von seiner langjährigen Tätigkeit als Regionaldirektor der IPSC in Deutschland und der erfolgreichen Entwicklung des Sports. Er spricht auch über die Belastungen und Herausforderungen der Position sowie die wachsende Professionalisierung des Sports. Gepperth betont die als Generalsekretär des Weltverbandes die verstärkte Nutzung von Online-Konferenzen. Er erwähnt auch die zukünftigen Entwicklungen im Schießsport und die wachsende Bedeutung der Divisions "Production Optics" und mögliche "Standard Optics". Gepperth emphasizes the increased use of online conferencing as secretary general of the world federation. He also mentions future developments in shooting sports and the growing importance of the Production Optics and possible Standard Optics Divisions.
