Judgement Hurts

People need to know the effects of judgement. It's like the unnoticed characteristic in a bully that no one seems to notice. Judging others is a daily thing, and happens 24/7. I know judgement can't be stopped overall, but we can certainly make a difference in other people's lives if we choose to look out for others rather than bring them down.
