5. The drinking culture in Norway and life updates from the past year

Over a year since the last episode and that does something to my soul! Also I forgot to mention my blog so here it is: www.urikhosrachel.wordpress.com. Check it out if you want to get some more background on how I ended up in Norway, until then, we will be chatting and chatting until I get to that topic. Moving to a bigger city has been awesome. Life has been happening and sometimes things have been slow, but I want to document all that too so that it will be fun to look back in a couple of years and see how things have change. 4. Bullies and oversized underwear (unfiltered)

I have a special guest in studio (wink, wink) and I have a feeling it was a good comeback after disappearing for so long. We discuss social issues such as (African issues lol), the need to comment on one’s body weight. The conversation takes a surprise turn as we enter a heated debate about the role we on social media have to play when it comes to other’s mental health. 3. Waitressing: Why you should try it at some point in your life.

A whole episode discussing the joys and stresses of being a waitress even though I start off saying how blank I am on what to talk about. I’ve been waitressing for a few months now and thought I would share what the job means and what it has taught me. Listen on for some life tricks and tips into the episode with a special shout out to a couple from the Netherlands who inspired this episode! My bad, results out the 6th of July and Thon Hotels being the best is an exaggeration haha

2. This one is for me (and you).

I started podcasting a year ago. Then deleted all episodes and started all over again. Then panic kicked in and I tried to do one episode then stopped. The process has been dreadful, I don’t want none of that. This shouldn’t be too serious. I can’t educate everyone. I can’t speak for everyone. I realised that, and before realising that, I limited myself. This should be relaxed, casual talks about snow, hook-ups and making dinner. If you want a history lesson, there is surely a podcast. Like all the other things. So this one is for me, to get back on track, and for you who’s willing to go on this with me. Hop on!
