According to the 21/90 rule, it takes 21 days to form a habit and 90 days to make a habit permanent. So for the next 21 days, I will be focusing on changing my confession. I will be intentionally speaking these affirmations into my life and incorporating them into my daily language. I invite you to join me to be intentional in changing your confession over your life. It is now available on Amazon, link will be in the description soon.  I will say the confession 3 times, pausing in between, giving you a chance to say it. Diminishing Returns

Sometimes during our personal healing journey, we can be so hard on ourselves. I’m here to remind you to be present and to me mindful of all the progress you’ve made. Changing your mind is growth. Growth is progress. Please remember that it is ok and even beneficial to check-in with yourself. Reevaluate your tools and techniques used to see if they are still beneficial to your journey, then pivot and/or press forward. Be Well✨

Love Letter

My birthday is coming up (26 September) and I wanted to show myself some love. Lately I’ve been really hard on myself and needed a reminder that I am exactly where I need to be. That I see and accept every part of me. Most importantly, that I love me. Growth is a beautiful thing, and so are the scars that come along with it. ✨
