Held hostage from 1987 to 1991 - over 3 years in solitude chained to a radiator. As a hostage he was tortured with beatings and mock executions however kept his mental balance - we discuss forgiveness, anger, Covid and reintroduction into everyday life after being locked for so long. He gives pointers to the young of today to deal with depression and anxiety - a very meek andgentle giant who just wants to help others.

Mark Ormrod MBE

A 12 minute talk with Mark - a much longer podcast will be here shortly. In Afghanistan he knelt on an IED which took two legs and one arm. His recovery and life since is well documented - Ex-Marine, Invictus Games Medals - failure is not an option in Mark's world if you learn from it - with an incredible mindset he pushes all boundaries - we can all learn from him.
