In this episode, I am joined by Angela Jean.
Angela is a Resilience Architect who helps people heal by realigning their nervous system’s frequency.
After living through an enormous amount of trauma in her young life, she healed herself through some processes that she created herself, and that she now uses to help others heal and transform.
During our conversation, Angela shared a lot about her journey and how losing her father and sister both to suicide catapulted her into her own spiritual awakening. She spoke about how her journey began once she as able to fully surrender to it.
She shared a lot about her work and how we are the healers, that we don’t need anything externally in order to heal, that we just need to train everything in the right direction. She shared about how everything that we want in our lives is on the other side of playing it safe.
She also spoke on the topics of what our brain is doing when we are overthinking, why all breath work is not created equally, and how to stay high vibe in today’s chaotic world.
