I almost canceled my anniversary trip to the Grand Canyon. Two weeks out, I was spiraling in my own head about my health, my adrenals, my anemia, my thyroid, all of it. I was THIS close to eating $1000 in permits and staying home. And then I hiked 30 miles in 72 hours. Didn't stop once on the switchbacks out. Watched the sun rise over the canyon with my headlamp on and came out the other side thinking, "who IS this woman and where has she been?" This episode is about fear. Manifestation vs Magnetism: Know the difference to create the life of your dreams

From Party Girl to Peptide Queen: I was chasing my glow up in the wrong bottle

I used to be the girl ordering rounds of Patrón at last call. Nobody asked for them. Nobody needed them. But everyone was getting them because that's just who I was. Fast forward to now: in bed by 9pm, injecting myself with peptides, texting my husband about our keto macros. Same obsessive energy. Completely different protocols.
