Ukas gjest er energiske Erik Taraldsen, som er direktør for begge Thon hotellene i Svolvær. Forleden vant Thon Hotell Svolvær både 1. og 2. plass to ulike nasjonale kåringer om Norges beste frokost. Tre ganger før har de vunnet førsteplassen i kåringen av Norges beste frokost innen kjedehoteller. Erik er sånn støpt at dersom noen sier nei, det lar seg ikke, så blir han bare enda mer gira på å få det til. Hva tror du han er aller mest stolt av å kunne ? Marianne meets Brock Butler at Nashville Nights

Its a pleasure to introduce you to singer/songwriter Brock Butler. He is a Louisiana native with an eclectic musical background, having played everything from country, blues, and reggae all across the U.S. We had a very good conversation about music and life in Odense, where he was playing and sharing stories about his songs at Nashville Nights.  - I love to be in Denmark, we are like a big family when we come over here meet other musicians from many countries, gives a lot of inspiration, he said.  Broch moved to Texas in 2009, where he performed solo and band gigs in clubs and bars all across the State. He transitioned to Nashville in 2021, and was quickly signed to Tim McGraw’s publishing company.   “We loved his voice and his unique style of writing,” said manager Scott Siman. About Brock in the presentation from Nashville Nights: His unique resume presents itself in his widely varied discography, with songs that may elicit tears, beers, or laughter – sometimes all at once.  His musical influences include John Mayer, George Straight, Tim McGraw, and Ray LaMontagne. Marianne møter JC Anderson at Nashville Nights

Happy to introduce you to a very talented Norwegian-American artist, JC Andersen, a Nashville-based singer/songwriter. He was playing at Nashville Nights in Odense september 2025, and even if he had a busy schedule with many shows in four days, he find the time to be a guest in my podcast. It was such a pleasure to listen and talk. He share a story that touches about something very special that happened three years ago, that changed his life totally.  Listen, and you will know and also got to know this warmhearted men.  JC Anderson, John Charles,  spent his earliest years growing up in Stavanger, Norway before he was moving to Central Florida. After graduating from Bartow High School, he moved to Nashville 21 years ago.  He’s been on the road, touring with his band mates, opening for such artists as Keith Urban, LeAnn Rimes, Brad Paisley, Toby Keith, Trace Adkins, and many others. One day Blue Foley from Nashville got a special phonecall. It was Stefan Mørk from Odense. "Can we do the same up here i Denmark as you did in Nashville when we met" And what do you think was Blue´s answer ? Nashville nights is a growing festival, where singers and songwriters can come together, meet the audience and talk about their songs in Writers round.  Now in 2025, the festival bigger and better than ever before. Marianne meets Emily Henline at Nashville Nights

Yesterday I didnt know that this talented and good women excist. Life is a fairytale, espescially when we travel to places where inspiration, music and art grow. I met Emily in Odense where she is one of many artist at Nashville Nights. And even if we both had short time (we want to join the pre-opening show at Amfiscene)- this was a good and very inspirational conversation. So I hope my listeners  will find inspiration. Emily talk about how music have been a part of her and her family´s life - and still are. Already when she was 19, she moved to Nashville.
