Meaning of Prayer

A lecture in English delivered by Sh. Abu Nour Rudwan Kouatli in which he shows that prayer is an important pillar of Islam to the extent it was legislated by Allah Himself directly to His Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) without any mediator. So how should we take this act of worship seriously and perform it in a complete way?
