425- Memories of Mom, the moon and me. This episode is a brief tale of the time I drove mom to my appointment with a lawyer in Lancaster, PA, 2012. The connection with crisp cool nights, the moon, and early mornings remains a connection with my mother on Mother's Day. We enjoyed Riverside Gardens of Mill Creek Metro Parks while she visited in my new house (2017). She was gone 6 months later :( The auditory vingnette includes the memory of feeling alone after her death (2018) when I ventured out into an unfamiliar city where I had recently relocated. 10 years later, the city is still isolating and unwelcoming. However, I find comfort in my new baking business and enjoy meeting other "outsiders" or "misfits" from the Mahoning Valley.
