In this episode, we talk with the co-mothers of LOKAH. A sacred space where they bridge the world of menstrual cycle education and ancient yogic tradition to facilitate deep inner understanding. The Daughter Mirror - Interview with Erin

In this episode, it's all about Erin! Diane interviews her daughter and gets to the bottom of: - Her relationship with God as it is deeply connected to Service - She learned how to ask tough questions and hold space for others - Discovered the dissonance between different societal norms and our similar basic human needs - Raised Episcopal yet continuing to grow in her Faith and understanding of God/Universe/Source/Spirit - The journey from college and a career in fashion to her current nonlinear path guided by Source - New goals and beliefs and how they are working in her life now - How trust and a new love are allowing this process to grow Erin takes us on a journey of self discovery that is bucking the norms of how we are supposed to "follow the path" in our capitalistic country. The Mother Mirror - Interview with Diane

We're really doing it!

Our first episode was sort of an accident. We decided to hit record during one of our phone calls and this is what came out. START HERE || An Introduction to the Pod

This is a 10 min intro about why we're doing this and some reflections now that we've recorded a few episodes. Creating this podcast and posting it now has been the ultimate exposure therapy for our perfectionism. So, we're showing up imperfectly, doing it before we feel ready, and just going for it!
