To commemorate our 10th episode, we sat down with Julia Ott, MS, LPC, facilitator of the Warrior Moms postpartum support group that sparked our friendship as well as the idea for this podcast. Julia is an EMDR trained therapist and perinatal mental health specialist, passionate about supporting the mental health of mothers and eliminating the stigma and silence of their struggles. We talked about our journeys around postpartum depression and anxiety, the importance of finding a support group in the early days of motherhood, what moms in 2026 are facing, and more.
