Lesson 1 - Change the way you THINK about your body.

You're probably tired of hearing that everything begins in the mind...that thoughts and meditation will solve all your problems...or maybe that your health issues are just all in your head..? I get it. I'm NOT trying to tell you that there’s a magical healing elixir hidden behind your ear somewhere, and that you are a failure for not having discovered it like the rest of us…not at all. I’m saying…as someone who has BEEN THERE. the first lesson in healing naturally is to CHANGE the way you think about your body, change the way you relate to her (or him), change the way you speak to her. She hasn’t gone wrong. She hasn’t failed you. There is just something here, for you to look at, and learn. If there was a medicine or a lesson in this experience for you…what would it be?
