Joy Comes In The Morning dealing with life after the loss of a loved one.

In this episode I open up about losing my father. Dealing with grief as Christian and how the strength of God has allowed me to get back up in the mist of feeling so down. Scriptures: Matthew 5:4 - Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted. Revelation 21:4 - He will wipe away every tear from their eyes, and death shall be no more, neither shall there be mourning, nor crying, nor pain anymore, for the former things have passed away.” Psalm 147:3 - He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds. 1 Peter 5:7 - Casting all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you. Psalm 34:18 - The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves the crushed in spirit.

Disappointment is a gauge of how a person perceives his life—what he believes about it and wants from it. Alexander Pope’s infamous beatitude, “Blessed is the man who expects nothing, for he shall never be disappointed.” To live is to be disappointed
