My mind never stops. By the time an average person finishes a single thought, I've finished ten. Society called it ADHD. Depression. Anxiety. Too much. Broken. But what if the system was wrong? What if my mind isn't the problem—it's my gift? This is the story of learning to embrace what the world tried to medicate away. Of discovering that stillness doesn't mean stopping your thoughts. It means quieting the noise so you can finally hear yourself. This is about reclaiming your mind.

Lone Wolf

I’m a lone wolf. But I chose this. Not because I didn’t want to belong. But because belonging meant behaving in ways my heart rejected. It meant being someone I was not. It meant ignoring the truths and accepting the illusions that people wanted me to accept. And at some point, I accepted that I’d rather be alone and awake than surrounded by people and be a complete fraud to my values. This is the story of being different in a world that wants us all to be the same.

God Did It

I am the culmination of generations of women who couldn't choose themselves. Women who swallowed their voices. Women who stayed. Women who sacrificed everything and called it love. The pressure builds. For generations it builds. Until it has to pop. And when it popped in me-I found God. Not the God of institutional religion. Not the God they taught me to fear. But a God that said: choose yourself. Choose your children. Choose authenticity. And that choice? That's everything.
