Our modern lifestyle does a real number on our bodies and if we don't have the knowledge and will to change it, the enemy has a real foot hold on us. My life as personal trainer was a great foundation that allowed me to be free of a lot of the worldly problems because my health was so vital, The problem that came with that freedom is that the evil one convinced me that I was God. Thank God Jesus came into my life before I destroyed everything. With him I was finally nourished and happy sitting in the passenger seat. During this conversation think of your body as a conductor of energy, if your health is low, your conductivity is suppressed, if your body is well tuned, you can receive more energy.
