Episode 4: 'Grammar of Anarchy' by Dr. BR Ambedkar and Making of Constitution of India

The fourth episode in the series of Decoding Constitution of India is about the making of the Indian Constitution and I could not ignore the speech given by Dr. BR Ambedkar on the day of the adoption of the Constitution on 25th November 1949, as I find it very relevant even today. Hence, I have made a humble attempt to read out the speech given by Dr. BR Ambedkar as I felt it is very important to understand his speech in order to understand the conditions necessary for the successful functioning of the Constitution. I have made an attempt to read his speech as I also felt it's easy to listen than read. Who proposed the idea of Constituent Assembly? why Constituent Assembly was formed? etc are also discussed in this Podcast post the speech reading.
