Sexting is the combination of texting someone with some sexual message or intent behind it. Its often comes long with nudes or almost nude pictures or explicit videos of yourself. In this episode we have Nina Real Talk from one of our previous interviews in 2020 talking about how to go about it and the applications where we sometimes do this. People of any age can sext with someone they are interested in getting physical with. This is often used to see if you have a sexual connection with the person who you are speaking to. This is more common than people may think because 3 out of 4 young adults have participated in some sort of sexting.

EP 8 How to impress your crush? 10+ Ways to do it

Impressing your crush is something we will all have to do somewhere down the line. And in this episode I give you 10+ way to impress the person that you like. Remember that being true to yourself is highly important while trying to impress them. DO NOT try to be someone that you are now because people can call the BS as soon as you start it.  1. Put Yourself Out There It can be super scary  to do this but its highly important that you do. Make the first move, you cant expect your crush to just know that you are interested like he or she can read your mind. Ask them to do a hobby you know they enjoy doing, invite them to the movies or something. Once they see that you are interested in them they might just share the same feelings with you and boom everything goes as planed. Just don't wait year and year for your crush to noticed that you like them. 2. Make Low Key Gestures The smallest gestures, expressions, compliments can grab your crushes attention. Compliment the way that they look or their smile or say hi to them when they pass by you. This can be as simple as asking them a question, make a silly joke, acknowledging an achievement they may have accomplished.  3. Walk With Your Crown Don't forget that confidence is super sexy! So make sure that you feel comfortable in your own skin and are proud of the person you have become. Allow them to see how you enjoy doing the things that you love. Most importantly, make sure to embrace  you imperfections. We are NOT PERFECT 4. Independent No relying on people is one of the best qualities a person can have. Showing that you are capable of making decisions on your own, fight for what you believe in and think is right can impress anyone around you. 5. Groom All Around We have all turned our head after seeing a physically attractive person. However, its not necessary to have a runway model outfit to impress your crush. You need to have your own fashion identity in which you feel comfortable in. Get a haircut! Its important! and you deserve to look good.  6. Spend Time With Them But Don't Over Do It Its pretty clear that you need to spend time with you crush as much as you can but you don't want to over do it. One on One time is going to give you the chance to form a connection and bond. Which can lead  to the possibility of a mutual attraction, so suggest being lunch buddies, gym partners, happy hour crew.   7. LISTEN Talking about yourself is cool and all but remember you want your crush to like you. So lets hear what they have to say first! Ask open ended questions and stay engaged in the conversation. Most importantly, make sure that you are also taking note of what they are saying. This is show them that you value what they say or it can give you an opportunity to wish them good luck on an interview coming up etc.. 8. Stay Healthy You don't need to be a body builder or a gym rat but staying fit is important. The perfect body is not need to impress your crush but staying fit means being healthy.  9. Your Crushes Passion If you are highly interested in getting to know someone, find out what's their passion. This usually leads to great conversation and you also get to see the values that they care the most about. 10. Eye Contact Have you had a conversation with someone that never look at you and actually enjoyed it? Didn't think so. EP6 How long should sex last?

Over the years your perspective on how long sex should last has probably changed. In addition to the knowledge that you have about your body and sex.  One of the perspective that make the first big difference is age. When we are young “All genders think this is how it’s supposed to be. Guys think they should have a huge penis that will last for an outrageously long time in bed. And everyone thinks that when the penis enters the vagina, it's shared pleasure and fireworks for all parties,” says Finnish psychologist and sexual therapist Patrick Jern Obviously, the poor education in sex provided by porn, sex education, and parents has not helped us have a good communication when it come to sex. So how long should sex last before reaching the amazing climax? Well this  answer can range from country to county, female to guys but a common factor is the desired time vs the normal time. Jern in one of his studies saw that the average length for intercourse in Europe was about eight minutes., which varies dramatically In a study that was done in 2008 by The Journal of Sexual Medicine, American and Canadian couples therapist came to the conclusion that the ideal time for sex is anywhere between seven and 15 minutes. The problem becomes if you want to last as much and you cant. First is to acknowledge that you do not have any medical or biological problem, even if you want to have sex for a longer period of time. Although there is a large amount of research on Dreams in general there's less research on the exact content of the dream. And the meaning of dream I personally believe its going to vary per person. Sex with my ex or boss isn't going to mean the same to you. With that being said, there's a number of theories about the meaning of dreams in the human psyche. There's some theorists that believe that our dreams are a way for our brains to act on our potential scenarios and others think that it's for the brain to map and store memories. What do these sex dreams mean? Desafortunadamente, there's limited research on what sex dreams mean. That's because it's difficult to study everyone's dream the same way cuz they are subjective to who you are and your experiences. And on top of all that dreams are the hardest thing to remember Are sex dreams normal? Well yes if the right answer. They are quite common. Surprisingly  more than 70% of people report experiencing a sex dream at least once in their life and i thought that percentage would be higher. Al fin y acabo … sex dreams are normal part of life for us lucky enough to have them and remember them. But on the other hand, If the dreams you are having are disturbing to you and they seem to happen often, you may want to see a mental health professional to help you unpack what's going on. Otherwise, take a chill pill, deep breath, and embrace the sex life of your dreams that can possibly be better than your real life. Might as well use them as practice for real life.
