Hi y’all omg I feel like January flew by. I decided to do a recap on a few of my journal entries this month.. of course I encourage you to journal as much as possible if not with pen and paper at minimum in your notes app on your phone. Living in the Moment

A recent compliment sparked the urge for me to dive into my Aura and really analyze how others perceive me and why. This opportunity led me to see that my carefree spirt and “live in the moment” mentality has brought me some of my best days and moments. On this episode we are discussing how freeing it can be to live worry free and how much it will absolutely change your essence when you don’t have a million things weighing you down. I am blessed to say I am my best self now that I am free in my mind… I also discuss my relation with my mom and how much it has changed in my 30th year of life since making the decision to heal from my childhood experiences in that relationship. All for the better. Last year, I made major leaps to being a better me and It’s being reflected back via compliments from those that know me best and even people just getting to know me. Out with the old- New Years Edition

Omggg it’s the end of an era lol! So grateful to be here 365/365- blessed and favored as always! This year was nothing short of LESSONS BABY. Lmao. I learned a lot and grew so much mentally and emotionally. No weapons formed were prosperous, Amen?! I can definitely say a lot of the strides made this year were internal. Y’all, so much was discovered about myself from my taste buds to uncovering childhood traumas it’s crazy. 2025 Will be good to me I just know it!! Cheers xoxox

Let’s get Aligned

In Todays episode the main idea is are we aligned with what we are praying for/ our desires? Friend, we have to be tapped in to ensure we are operating from a place that insinuates we are ReADy for the things we say we want. Let’s discuss a few topics that are common for us to be hard on ourselves on and then facing being delayed and stagnant in. Most times we say we want something but hesitate on doing the work to align with achieving said thing. I have been in a trying season myself, but am making conscious decisions to work thru the “stuff” to ultimately receive . This IS a season of receiving! Everything can be ours when simply decide. Does that mean that it will come effortlessly? No, but I can guarantee that the road to achieving will be much easier when we invite the Lord in to work along side of us. I pray this episode will encourage you to journal and reflect on what you truly want and that you will make it plain. We all are capable of receiving our truest desires with a little elbow grease it can all be yours. Xoxoxo

Reason to Stay ?

Ladies and Gents today we are discussing being in relationships and expecting our partner to change when a lot of times what we are needing/asking is not in their character. I know for myself, being in a long term relationship and staying much longer than what I’d like to admit because I was hoping and waiting to see a change that ultimately never came caused me to loose some of the best parts of me. Staying around when because we love someone or for the kids or for whatever other reason we can come up with only hurts us and prolongs our future steps. This conversation was placed on my heart and I know it will reach those who need it. Reminder: never love someone more than you love yourself. Respect yourself enough to make decisions that are in your best interest. Xoxoox
