When do we ever talk about what we go through BEFORE the happy stage? We all have our moments where we question our happiness. Why do we not feel it? What is it? How do I get it? Am I really happy? I don't say this to sound depressed or sad af lol. I just got to thinking .. The past 2/3 weeks of my self isolation has brought me more awareness. Ive been walking around feeling.. lifeless. Posting this episode now Ive take action and definitely feel better but the feelings I was going through were just so weird. I wasn't sad but I know I wasn't happy. I was SUPER in my mind & felt like I was just a person going on about her day with no soul.. I know crazy lol. But all is good!! Maybe some of you out there can relate.
