VUCA, the speed of change, the business landscape that is different, etc. are challenges of the modern organization.  How do organizations find solutions not only to survive but also thrive. Old beliefs, ways  of working, old structures may be needed be disassembled. Challenges may make an organization falter, but resilience, the ability to “bounce back” comes hand in hand with agility, it is the key ingredient of becoming an agile organization.  This comes back to the core capabilities of the organization.  Organization must have the ability to change quickly, make quick decisions, and move forward.  There are three attributes:Leadership, must be with the times, anticipate and have tactics and strategy to execute.The people of the organization. Skills can be developed, their competencies, have the courage to think differently and embrace challenges.The ability to frame.
