4 weeks away from running The South Downs Way 100 mile trail race. Not that I’ll be racing. Completion is my aim within the 30 hour cutoff. Training, pacing, fuelling needs to be on point. Then let it all unfold on the day. 13th June.

Full flow mid block for the South Downs Way 100 mile ultra in June. Focused on training but without missing the gold of life. Being present and enjoying it. Running isn’t just about the event we are training for. We get to enjoy the event after the daily work we put in. Inspired by others achievements and dedication. The importance of strength training.

Season 2 - Episode 18 - The London Marathon 2026, What a Blast!

The London marathon 2026 did not disappoint. From the crowds to the enormity of participants. They really have perfected the organisation. I would recommend the experience to anyone.

Season 2 - Episode 17 - London Marathon Here We Come

Running the London marathon in a few days. The taper is forcing me to deal with the mental side of training and these events. It’s going to be great to see runners at all different points in the progress. After all running is for everyone.
