S&S Episode #3 - Enjoying Suya As Christians

Suya is one of the most iconic and amazing delicacies in Nigeria. The way it's prepared, its availability to all classes of society and also its communal representation amongst families, friends, work colleagues etc, amongst many of its attributes. SUYA IS AWESOME! As we enter into the second part of our name 'SUYA', we look at how God is delighted when we come together and enjoy His creation, so much more than we even enjoy Suya.

If the Scriptures is recognized as sufficient and the final authority, could one still be applying it wrongly, say in teaching or even preaching? Still on the first part of the podcast name 'SCRIPTURE', we will be looking at Doctrine in application to the Scriptures.

S&S Episode #1 - Sola Scriptura

Finally, we get right into rightly diving the meat of God's word. In this episode, we look into the first part of our podcast name 'SCRIPTURE' from the angle of 'Sola Scriptura' which means 'through the Scriptures alone'. Sola Scriptura is one of the 5 Solas of the Protestant Reformation that emphasizes the authority and sufficiency of the Scriptures, as we here in S&S Podcast, boldly proclaim in our name.

S&S Episode #0 - What Are We Doing Here?

So we've been trying to get a name for our podcast, and there were a lot of really weird names that came up (one of us kept mentioning Lantern this, Light that...). But alas, we arrived at Scripture & Suya and it was amazi........hey wait, what does suya have to do with the Scriptures? But by God's grace, the name fits wonderfully well to what we aim to bring to our listeners. So, this is the episode before the episode where we begin to expand on topics we aim to address and enjoy sharing with you all. We're excited to finally begin this journey!
