25-Minute Yoga Nidra for Reclaiming Your Energetic Sovereignty | "I Belong to Myself"
This 25-minute Yoga Nidra is a deep, restorative invitation back into your own energy, your own truth, and your own inner authority.
If you’ve been feeling stretched thin, energetically tangled in someone else’s emotions, or quietly drifting away from yourself inside a relationship, this practice is your soft return.
Through guided breath, somatic awareness, and intentional visualization, you’ll gently unwind from what isn’t yours to carry and re-root into what has always been yours: your clarity, your intuition, your boundaries, and your belonging to yourself.
This isn’t about hardening or disconnecting — it’s about coming home.
Back to your center.
Back to your body.
Back to your inner sovereignty.
Back to the part of you that never abandons you.
Let each layer of this Nidra guide you toward a tender reclamation of your emotional, energetic, and relational space.

How To Prepare For Practice
Yoga Nidra can be practiced at any time of day when you need the reset - in the morning to set the tone of your day, midday to realign, or in the evening to fall asleep. You are encouraged to set up a space where you can comfortably lie on your back as if you're going to sleep. Perhaps a bolster or pillow underneath your knees, a blanket to cover your body, and an eye mask or towel to minimize your intake of light. Get cozy and comfy - ANYONE CAN DO THIS practice!
What is Yoga Nidra?
NSDR (Non-Sleep Deep Rest) is the scientific term for Yoga Nidra, the ancient art of bringing the body and the mind to the state of deep rest, relaxation and regeneration. During Yoga Nidra, you are not asleep, but submerged into the sweet state between sleep and wakefulness where the brain enters theta waves. In theta, transformation and healing occurs from beyond the mind rather than through the mind gifting us with the ability to rewire the brain for greater mental and emotional balance and resiliency. Studies show that a single session of Yoga Nidra equates to three hours of restorative sleep improving working memory, creativity, and executive function, as well as reducing stress hormones and increasing the scores of wellbeing and joyfulness.
