Episode Light – Reclaiming Intuition & Inner Knowing Cover

Light – Reclaiming Intuition & Inner Knowing

Eman reflects on years of chasing answers outside herself—changing religions, studying countless modalities, and still feeling confused. She shares how this “guru syndrome” kept her disconnected from her own wisdom and why early ruptures of trust can block our intuition. In this Light (Knowing) episode, she explains how an imbalanced third eye shows up as foggy thinking, spiritual perfectionism, and overanalyzing, and how true knowing feels like a quiet breath rather than an adrenaline rush. She guides listeners through a felt‑sense practice for discerning truth: speaking a choice aloud and tracking the body’s response. This gentle exercise re‑tunes your mind‑body bridge and rebuilds self‑trust. Eman invites you to explore her Elemental program for deeper intuitive work and to take the Integration Map quiz if you’re unsure which energetic center needs support. Thanks for reading Sex&Integrity’s Substack! This post is public so feel free to share it. 📝 Show Notes * Personal story: Years of seeking teachers, studying modalities and changing religions; how following others’ truths created confusion and eroded self‑trust. * Knowing/Light center themes: Governs perception, intuition, and insight; true knowing feels like a quiet click, not urgency or adrenaline. * Signs of imbalance: Doubting instincts, spiritual perfectionism, foggy or scattered thinking, over‑analyzing, outsourcing decisions. * Root causes: Early ruptures of trust and a nervous system conditioned to distrust its own wisdom. * Somatic practice (felt‑sense truth tracking): * Sit with a simple decision or question and say your choice out loud. * Notice sensations—tightness, ease, numbness, relaxation—without labeling them. * Repeat with the opposite choice to sense differences. * Use the mantra, “My truth lives in my body; my body is wise.” This builds the bridge between intuition and sensation. * * Invitation: Take the Integration Map [https://www.eman.coach] quiz [https://www.eman.coach] to discover which energetic center needs attention * Explore the Elemental [https://www.eman.coach/joinus] program [https://www.eman.coach/joinus] for somatic embodiment rituals (2025 batch starts on the 23rd of August. Trust your felt sense and remember that your inner knowing has always been there. Episode Voice – Reclaiming Truth & Vibrational Medicine Cover

Voice – Reclaiming Truth & Vibrational Medicine

A personal journey from self‑silencing to reclaiming your voice. Includes a humming practice and introduction to Eman’s Elemental Voice module to help you express your truth and restore vibrational balance. Sign up for Elemental's Priority List [https://www.eman.coach/joinus] 📝 Show Notes Personal story: School praise for performance and “correctness” taught Eman that speaking truth came with punishment. By age 7‑12 she had mastered silence and “safe” responses, leaving her inner voice curled inward. As an adult she second‑guessed, over‑explained or blurted, feeling her voice wasn’t truly hers. Voice center themes: The throat is a bridge between inner knowing and outer reality; when blocked we lose rhythm, timing and the power to name what matters. Trauma creates over‑coupling (truth fused with danger; visibility fused with punishment) or under‑coupling (disconnected voice, hollow words, smiling through freeze). Energetic & vagal insights: Quoting Barbara Brennan, Eman notes that a blocked throat leaves us stifled and creatively barren; we lose energy from our core Essence. The vagus nerve links throat and heart—when the voice is stifled, belonging and pleasure suffer. Suppressing your voice isn’t harmless; it’s systemic, not your fault. Somatic practice – humming (ujjayi) breath: Sit comfortably and breathe slowly through your nose, closing your lips. As you exhale, constrict the back of your throat as if fogging a mirror with your mouth closed; make a gentle humming or “ha” sound. Think or whisper: “My truth is safe with me.” Let the sound ripple through your throat and chest, releasing tension and resetting your vagus nerve. It can be inaudible or audible, practiced anywhere. Episode Heart – Rediscovering Belonging & Ancestral Wholeness Cover

Heart – Rediscovering Belonging & Ancestral Wholeness

Eman unravels the lie that loneliness means lack of love. Through Family Constellation work she realised that the ache in her chest was ancestral grief—uncried tears and the memory of connection passed down through generations. Instead of a broken heart, she discovered unacknowledged longing and learned that love is not a performance but her true nature. In this Heart episode she explores how the heart centre bridges body and spirit, past and present, self and other, and how we often confuse love with duty or sacrifice. Drawing on HeartMath and Brene Brown, she explains how unexpressed grief disrupts our rhythms and fuels shame and disconnection. Integration Map Quiz [https://www.eman.coach] Eman guides a heart‑coherence practice: breathing into the chest while holding a memory of connection, affirming that grief is not just yours and that you choose wholeness. She invites listeners to recognise that their ancestors live in them, to treat grief as a portal, and to explore Elemental’s Heart module and the Integration Map quiz for deeper healing. Elemental Priority List [https://www.eman.coach/joinus] 📝 Show Notes * Personal story: Eman once mistook loneliness for absence of love. She compensated by giving generously, yet still felt empty. Family Constellation work revealed the sensation was ancestral grief—a longing from ancestors who couldn’t grieve. She realised she is love itself. * Heart centre themes: The heart bridges body and spirit, self and other. It governs belonging, alignment and vibrational truth. Many of us see love as transactional; Family Constellation shows this stems from interrupted belonging, forgotten ancestors, or love fused with pain or duty. Bert Hellinger notes that what we exclude clings to us; HeartMath shows unacknowledged grief disrupts coherence and overwhelms our system; Brene Brown teaches that shame is fear of disconnection. * Belonging & wholeness: True belonging means nothing is exiled—neither grief nor joy. Living in wholeness is returning to love that already lives in our breath and blood. Somatic practice – heart breathing: * Sit quietly, place a hand on your heart and slow your breath. * Imagine breathing in and out through the centre of your chest. * Recall a moment of connection (e.g. holding a child, hugging a tree, petting a beloved animal, whispering a prayer). * Hold this image as you breathe for 2–3 minutes, feeling your heart expand. * Whisper or think: “I see the grief I carry. It’s not just mine. I honour it, and I choose to live in the wholeness of love.” Sensitivity and generosity are not weaknesses. Your ancestors dreamed you into reality; you carry their memories and their love. Return to yourself, to the wholeness that already lives in you. Episode Power – Restoring Boundaries & Authentic Strength Cover

Power – Restoring Boundaries & Authentic Strength

📝 Show Notes Personal story: Addiction to intensity, over‑achievement and over‑commitment; seeking activation disguised as awakening; boundary issues and underlying anger. Solar Plexus (Power Center): Seat of identity, self‑worth and personal will. Trauma here leads to collapse, overcompensation, performing or dominating. Survival strategies & identities: Over‑exertion, helping, fixing and spiritual urgency can mask fear of insignificance; we often confuse trauma responses with personality. Over‑coupling with urgency: Power becomes linked to high activation; breath, rest and sensation become disconnected. True power: Embodied, grounded and quiet; breath meets boundary; discerning aligned action from adrenalised reaction; choosing yourself over default “yes.” Get full access to Sex&Integrity’s Substack at sexandintegrity.substack.com/subscribe [https://sexandintegrity.substack.com/subscribe?utm_medium=podcast&utm_campaign=CTA_4]
