Newsha Dehghani, a multi-restaurant co-owner in Ville St-Laurent ("Notre-Boeuf de Grace" and "Pigeon Cafe") within the Greater Montreal Area, joins us to talk about why he decided to venture into the restaurant industry, the struggles they faced during the COVID-19 pandemic, and his newfound obsession with bouldering.
