In 1965 a 20 year old discovers Howlin' Wolf and Hubert Sumlin at a place called "Mother Blues" that also featured Muddy Waters, Magic Sam, Buddy Guy, Freddie King, & Junior Wells.

Episode #8....In 1965 a 20 year old aspiring musician wanting to be a part of the blues scene is fresh in Chicago and accidently discovers a brand new club called "Mother Blues" as he searches to audition for anybody. Landing a permanent gig with Otis Rush then onward to the 1st Ann Arbor Blues festival with Muddy Waters, Howlin’ Wolf, Magic Sam, B.B. King, Lightnin' Hopkins & Junior Wells...

Episode #5....Billy gets hired by the great Otis Rush in 1966 after a spur of the moment chance encounter audition in an almost empty bar called Mother Blues.  Otis decides to take Billy under his wing and become his mentor for years to follow.
