EP1: IT WAS THE DEATH OF ME

Brain Injury changed my entire life. I had to grieve the death of the old me. I had to learn to navigate an entirely new me. It WAS the death of me. In this episode, I am introducing myself and the 4 traumatic brain injuries I endured in a 16 month time period starting in 2018 that shifted the course of my reality and life. A course I am grateful for. One I used to fight tooth and nail but now embrace and accept with gratitude for the lessons, the blessings, and the peace that came AFTER the hell!
