As World Cup Qatar 2022 comes to a close, I wanted to talk about the greatest of all time: Leo Messi. Messi has had an incredible career and also a supreme performance in the recent World Cup and I can't help but talk about it. "Leo" has not only made an impact in my life and the way I play the sport, but also for millions of fans all over the world; regardless of what teams they support. I realize that there are many people who may not understand the gravity of Argentina's accomplishment, and hope this episode might put things in perspective. Here are my thoughts on Lionel Andrés Messi.

Episode 35: No Judgement Foundation! (w.Destiny Williams)

The No Judgement Foundation was founded and organized by Destiny Williams to help those in need who are overwhelmed by the struggles life can bring. The mission of the foundation is to provide aid to not only children preparing to tackle another school year, but also to alleviate the pressure parents and other adults might be experiencing when trying to make ends meet. Today, I talk to Destiny Williams who is a friend and former guest of the show to go in-depth about her foundation and what she is ultimately trying to accomplish. Destiny has taken it upon herself to make giving back a part of her life's work, and I for one am a huge fan of someone becoming the change they want to see in the world! Episode 34: Back To Life! Exercising Gratitude!!

I've recently been afforded the time to nurture my relationships with others and myself with a recent schedule change at work. Since I was 15, I never had a schedule that jived with my loved ones and therefore would rarely be able to invest time in my relationships with them as I should. With things the way they are now, I find myself spending quality time with others and doing things that allow me to keep myself mentally and physically healthy. This episode doesn't so much pertain to any particular topic, but stands more as a recognition of gratitude. Gratitude is something I need to practice more of, so with this episode I'll do just that.
