Episode 83, Part 2 - Special Features

In Part 2 of our June 2018 episode, Matt and Cody go over the Top 5 movies they've watched since the last episode, do a rundown of the movies coming out this summer and highlighting some standouts, and finish it off with a game where we choose which directors working today we think could direct a successful remake of 5 classic films.

Episode 83, Part 1 - "Deadpool 2," "Solo" & "Upgrade"

In this episode, special guest Producer Dave stops by to help Matt and Cody review the latest blockbusters "Deadpool 2" and "Solo: A Star Wars Story" right before Matt and Cody review the future cult classic "Upgrade." Episode 82 - "Avengers: Infinity War"

In this episode, Matt reviews Jason Reitman's new film "Tully" right before Matt and Cody review arguably the biggest movie of the year "Avengers: Infinity War," going right into some of our theories for Avengers 4(SPOILERS: 00:31:40 - 01:23:53) We follow that up with this week's installment of "What We Watched" over the past week and finish it off with a game where we each choose a bad movie we'd like to see remade.

Episode 81 - "Rampage"

In this episode, Matt reviews Dwayne Johnson's new action blockbuster "Rampage" and "Traffik" right before Matt and Cody review Lynne Ramsay's stylishly dark "You Were Never Really Here." We follow that up with a segment of hype for "Avengers: Infinity War" coming out next week - including our odds for which characters will die, and a lengthy installment covering "What We Watched" over the past week (Cody just discovered Filmstruck, so get ready for some major Criterion talk).

Episode 80 - "A Quiet Place" & "Blockers"

In this episode, Matt reviews Wes Anderson's "Isle of Dogs" and "Chappaquiddick" right before Matt and Cody review the funnier-than-you-think raunchy comedy "Blockers" and John Krasinski's modern horror masterpiece "A Quiet Place." We follow that up with a couple "Hidden Gems" (this week's theme - 70's Horror), "What We Watched" over the past week, and capping it all off with a round of "Son of a Pitch."
