The Perimenopausal Heart & The Self Love Battlefield

Dena schools us on perimenopause, estrogen loss, and heart disease.  Her agenda is for all women to get screened with a health care provider they trust.  The ladies share a few of their approaches to manage seemingly out-of-the-blue blood cholesterol problems. Theresa shares a memory of her ugly cynical side which led her to steal someone else’s Valentine’s Day joy. The friends agree, boundaries are their primary language of self-love.
