We had a very interesting guest this week discussing his life and what has shaped. He hypnotised Fergal before he left and used a stress relief exercise with John Francis! Liam O’Neill known as The ‘Prove It’ Guy wants to teach as many people as he can that they can be whatever they want to be in life. He has proven this many times in his own life by becoming the highest ranked martial artist in this country in his chosen arts, Tiger and Crane Kung Fu and white crane Tai Chi, he competed in Sanda in England, as an Irish Pole Dancer, on Ninja Warrior and has had parts in Love/Hate and The Fall, speaking at a Ted Talk and most recently releasing his very own book, Limitation Is A Mirage.
